Production and shipping of UK orders is done in the UK
Our orders are usually ready to be shipped within 3-5 business days, with standard delivery. Based on the carrier and pick-up times, delivery times may vary.
In case of delays, you will be informed accordingly. General delays may also appear on the website.
For all orders up to £90, delivery is £4.95 and for orders over £90, shipping is free! The shipping costs for each product can be viewed after adding it to your cart.
If you wish to track your order, please enter your Order ID in the box on the order tracking page and click “Track”. The order ID can be found on receipts and confirmation emails.
Returns
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition (in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached)
You can return your order for a refund within 30 days of receipt of goods.
We currently do not offer free returns service and we do not provide shipping labels. You will have to pay to have it shipped back to Us.

The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition so they can be resold otherwise you will get a partial refund for your returned product.
We strongly advise you to retain the proof of postage receipt as we do not take responsibility for any returns that go missing in transit.
Kindly put a note with your order number and name inside the package.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we no longer process exchanges. Instead, you can return any unwanted items for a refund and re-purchase any size/colour option that you would like.

Refund
You’ll be refunded as soon as your package is accepted by our returns department at the warehouse. Once it is accepted it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be back in your account.
